I’m a writer, long term care advocate, social justice activist, wife and mother of two badass art kids.
I am currently editing my first fiction manuscript, speaking out for nursing home residents and exploring ways to build community in the Boston area.
As a traveler, I rode the waters of the Seti in Nepal, wandered lost in the Rabat medina and studied with a shaman in Ubud, Bali.
As an activist, I am the co-founder of a national grassroots advocacy organization, helped draft pending federal legislation, and am currently promoting the most important documentary film to come out of COVID.
As an energy practitioner, I founded the Breathing Room wellness studio in NY, had a healing practice in CA and now use my skills to help us all shine our brightest light.
As a wife and mother, I have loved in a Brooklyn railroad apartment, on an Accidental Farm in upstate NY, on the shores of Ventura, CA and now in a loft apartment in Cambridge, MA.
